Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 which had been                                                  
held on the Secretary's desk (page 3421) be taken up at this time.                                  
                                                                                                    
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27 was read the

relating to sport fishing operators and sport fishing guides, pass the
